From Start to Finish...

8" X 30" taped and gessoed, then sanded..

papers, chosen for collage...


white paint rubbed lightly over the collage papers...

  6. Hi Wanda..this is beautiful. Thank you for your sweet words also..I did revise my post to reflect how my mom was killed..I realized people may have thought she was doing the things I asked them not to...she wasn't...xoxo

  7. Oooh, Wanda. This reminds me sooo much of my step-dad..he got a little dog after my Mom passed away. I was sooo happy when I found that out because he was so lonely, and now he has someone to love and care for..he is so lost without my Mom.

    Your art just brought tears to my eyes. sigh.

I can totally relate--I'm a little older, never went to art school or any of that, and really only just began exploring my life-long yearning for more creativity in the past couple of years...been happier ever since!!
