The Process

I have 3 sisters, one lives nearby... today we
painted background papers, made collage papers..
sanded, transferred and laughed a lot!!
We learned a lot too, and it was a great way to spend
an entire day with my sister...
here are our unfinished beauties!!!

  4. Ooh, you ladies have been busy! Love what you've created. You're so lucky to have sisters. Aw!! I feel like I'm missing out on so much by not having one. Thank goodness I can live vicariously through you!! :)

Guess what I just made? Forgotten Cookies!! You know I just had to look the recipe up online, and make some. heehee They're in the oven now, but ironically..I can't "forget" them. Can't wait to try one. Trying to distract myself from testing too soon, I came in here, and found your comment. :)

I'm tipping my tea cup up to you and your sister. I hope you keep posting what you gals create in the coming days. Such fun!!

  5. We need to get your sister an art blog, so we can gossip about art like a bunch of hens. :D

  6. It's only 7pm here. We're 2 hours behind you, not 3. It is dark, tho. I will be in my PJs before too long. lol

Hunkering down for another stupid (ice and snow) storm tonight through Thursday. Oh, joy. Well, at least we have cookies to eat. If we can't leave the house, we won't get on each other's nerves too much. Maybe. lol

Be sure and let me know if Carolyn does get a blog. It would be fun to connect.

I put chocolate chips in the cookies. I'm not a fan of walnuts. Taste too bitter to me, unless they're in brownies. And even then, has to be chopped on fine. Pistachios, though..mmm!! I wish I had some. Maybe next time.
